What we offer

We move together by constructing the vision of halcyon society and transcending the social culture to meet the basic rights of each and every member of the society as per “The Universal Declaration of Human Rights”. We undertake awareness raising campaigns against gender and racial discrimination, child education, women education, literacy programs and child development programs to increase the access of education in the community.

We take part in small infrastructural development programs including local technology development for the easy access of quality drinking water, and small irrigation projects with participation of locals. Conducting grassroots level training regarding the wise use of water resources, wild life conservation, and providing the knowledge about family planning are our key actions to develop the society sustainably.

  • Educational Scholarship Programs: One cannot imagine civilized and prosperous society lacking the education, being known to these facts we perform our best to educate the future generation undertaking scholarship program, parent orientation program and community mobilization programs.

Where we Work

Kathmandu, Sarlahi and Rauthat are the area of our implication.

Kathmandu: The capital city of Nepal is the melting pot of Nepal but still there lots of components lagging behind the city from being well developed and civilized. Some of our effort to transform the city are the conduction of “Community empowerment and Gender Awareness Program”, “Earthquake Awareness Program”, and “Women Empowerment Program”.

Sarlahi: Sarlahi is the district that lies in the Terai belt of Nepal. This is the district constituting multi cultural, multi caste and multi practice holding people with majority of people from Dalit, Janajati and marginalized sections. The miserable economic condition, illiteracy and lack of awareness compel people to live low standard of life.

We have initiated our effort for the improvement in the livelihood of the people. “School to school project for alternative energy promotion”, “Women Empowerment program”, “Health and Hygiene Campaign Program”, “Off season based vegetable farming training for landless Dalit Women”, “Sanitation Campaign program”, and “Adult education and Awareness Program” are some of our contribution in the various VDCs of this district.

Rautahat: The district that lies in the eastern Terai of Nepal constitutes majority of Muslim and Tharu community. People in this district are living under poverty with the lowest literacy rate of 42%, among which half of the boys and men over four years old are literate compared to only a third of girls and women.

People of this district are struggling with various diseases like HIV, malnutrition and anaemia. Social and gender-based exclusion and discrimination constitute noteworthy barriers for the wellbeing and development of women in Rautahat. Despite the legal prohibition of bonded labour, these practices still persist in some of Nepal’s districts including Rautahat.

We are planning to start various projects for the well being of the people of this district partnering with other organization with the hope of some fruitful result in the near coming future.
